Placing An Order
It couldn't be easier! Just select the product and specific item you like, select the quantity (pick your size and colour preference if required), and then add it to your cart. Upon checkout just follow the steps to fill in your contact, delivery and preferred payment details. Finally, confirm the order...and you're done. We then take care of the rest and ensure that your order is properly packaged and delivered within the promised delivery time.
Secure Ordering & Payment
The Fit ME Active website and online store utilises the industry standard secure encryption to ensure that all of your personal and payment details are kept safe and secure. None of your personal information will be used for marketing purposes or anywhere else for that matter, unless you have singed up to our mailing list.
Fit ME Active works exclusively with DHL Express when shipping to our customers. The shipping rate is calculated from the overall weight of your purchase, with the rate being displayed upon checkout.
It typically takes between 2-7 business days to receive your purchase, and tracking details will be provided (see below). This time may vary slightly if it falls around a public holiday period, or the product you have selected is listed as a "pre-order" item.
Customs & Duties
We will supply an accurate commercial invoice with all shipments, but Fit ME Active will not be responsible for any duties incurred at the receiving country.
Once your order has been received and the shipment processed you will receive an email from Fit ME Active with a tracking number, so you can track the status of your shipment and count the days until you receive your awesome purchase!
Condition of Receipt
It is Fit ME Active's promise to our customers to package and deliver all goods in perfect condition with the highest standards of packaging. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by the courier company. Any noticeable damage to the packaging upon receipt should be identified to the delivery agent and inspected accordingly.
Returns & Refunds
Fit ME Active promises to honour the returns and refund policies of each brand it represents. In the unlikely event that a product is not completely satisfactory, for reasons such as size, colour or manufacturing defect, please follow the steps listed below. In any case the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs incurred for returning the unwanted item and receiving the replacement item. We advise you check these rates in advance.
Fit ME Active will only accept returns from products purchased from its website and within 30 days of the shipment date. Products returned should be in their original packaging, unused and with all tags in place and attached.
Fit ME Active cannot accept returns or refunds for any items purchased from the "Underwear / Lingerie" category. Therefore, please ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the item before you purchase.
Please send an email to with the subject titled "Return" and be sure to include your Name, Order Number and Items Purchased in your email text. Please also specify the reason for return (size, colour or defect), and in the case of a defect please attached a photo. One of our team members will get back to you within 2-3 business days. Once a claim is accepted, you will receive a further confirmation email stating the necessary return address and details. Fit ME Active will refund or replace your purchase once the original item has been received. Please note that the original shipping charges are not refundable.
Please contact us straight away at with the subject title "Cancellation" and be sure to include your Name, Order Number and Items Purchased in your email text. We would appreciate a short explanation for why you are choosing to cancel your order, but this is not mandatory. We will only be able to cancel your order if the shipment hasn't already left our facility. Otherwise, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy above.
